Tracy McGrady : Headed to Detroit??0

Yes everybody. It is true. Tracy McGrady has officially joined the Detroit Pistons roster with a 1 year $1.3 million deal. With all the speculation surrounding Chicago being his destination, representatives stated that even though he had a great workout with the Bulls he simply did not fit the youth and energy that the team was trying to put forth this upcoming season. Who could blame them? McGrady being riddled with injury in these last few legs of his career could prove to be handicap for him with any team in the NBA. His better seasons proved to be in Houston with the Rockets where play creations and executions were nothing short of phenomenal and game changing. After major surgery a lot of executives in the league as well as fans in the arenas feel as if it may be time for him to throw in the towel. Minus Detroit apparently. With their own season being filled with trial and injury one can only hope that McGrady adds a bit of a spark to their reserve.
