After falling before Brandon Jennings and the Milwaukee Bucks Monday for a 103 – 99 loss, Dallas managed a win against the Phoenix Suns. But, there was something about this game that was much different than many others. Probably the fact that Steve Nash, point guard and franchise player, was taken out of the game early after a collision with Dallas Center Tyson Chandler and lost all feeling in his limbs momentarily until limping off the court with a slight sensation back in his body. This could account for why the Suns lost, but the more important question is what’s next. With the trade from Orlando taking place and Mickael Pietrus, Marcin Gortat and Vince Carter entering a troubled roster, what will their next move be? No one ever truly thought of Phoenix as a contender in the West, however, with these newly assembled pieces in place will they be able to turn the heads of fans everywhere. Jason Richardson is gone so who will step up? The Suns are the only team in the NBA who do not have a team that averages at least six rebounds per game and are switching starting line ups like basketball players change clothes. Phoenix is a toss up for the rest of the season and with them being handed their 13th loss of the season, one can only imagine what the projections would be. But, hey. Even Miami and Los Angeles had their struggles.
