Lebron was once again the top scorer of his team and put on quite a show despite the boos from the crowd. But unlike in the previous games where Miami won by double digits against tough crowds, they struggled against Nick Young and the Wizards. A part of the blame for their one point win/almost loss to the young team could possibly be the amount of turnovers they committed.Seventeen turnovers, seven alone for Bosh and four for James. Even though they gave up the ball eighteen times in the game against the Knicks, their speed was intense and they seemed to be more worn down tonight than ever. Talent did not win this game, luck did. It is also amazing how close the Heat were to losing since John Wall, the all star rookie from Kentucky, and Gilbert Arenas, the recently traded veteran, were nowhere in sight and Josh Howard was coming off of an injury and making his debut. Nick Young was the true star of the game as he carried his team to an almost victory with thirty points, four rebounds and 56.6% shooting from the field. Barack Obama was supposed to attend the game but unfortunately cancelled and did not make it.

S.B : If you do not remember, Gilbert Arenas faked an injury in order for Nick Young to receive more playing time. When asked before the Heat game how he felt about Arenas leaving and heading to Orlando, he showed a great maturity and said that Arenas “was like a brother to him” and that “it was tough” , but he took the news with stride and stepped on the court like a true leader. Arenas’ leave had an obvious impact on him, however you can tell he will not be shaken on the court.
