George Hill Not Focused1

This is funny! I found this interesting… Earlier a fan tweeted NBA Star George Hill about an upcoming game they had against the Boston Celtics and Hill kindly took the time out of his day to reply…

NOW… Obviously the fan had a point as later that night the Spurs fell to the Celtics  107-97. Instead of taking the time to try to put the fan “in his place” and going on to block him on twitter, he should have been focused on the game! He should have been putting that effort into being the best 6^th man he can be and breaking that 4 game losing streak they have going on (which is now 5). Now in his defense, Hill is traditionally a solid player, but someone please remind him contributing 6 points in a crucial game against a team like the Celtics isn’t going to cut it down the stretch to the NBA Playoffs.

My simple advice, when it’s game day; it’s game day. Any outside comments shouldn’t matter. FOCUS.
