Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom took home the first individual accolade of his career on Tuesday, winning the Kia Sixth Man Award.

Lamar handily beat out Dallas Mavericks guard Jason Terry by a margin of 513-244.

The Lakers will host the New Orleans Hornets Wednesday night for Game 2 in a series LA has fallen behind in after losing Sunday’s opener.

In Odom’s name, Kia donated a $35,000 Sorrento to the Lakers Youth Foundation.

On behalf of I AM NBA, congratulations Lamar Odom.
