Nike Reinvesting In Penny Stock “1″0

Mid to late 90′s hoop fans and sneakerheads should be thrilled that Nike,  is reaching back  to one it’s most sucessful partnerships.  Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway and his party hardy sidekick Lil Penny had a huge campaign in the 90′s that was very successful, and Penny’s game was on deck as the Air apparent.  With his size 6’7 , and his ball-handling ability, to go along with excellent court vision.  We were witnessing a new age Magic Johnson.

Penny had Jordan like explosiveness, he and Shaq teamed up to form what was one of the most formidable young duos in history, and had us salivating at the seemingly untapped potential.  While Penny and Shaq provided the highlights on the court.  Penny and Nike provided us with some of the hottest kicks on the street.  My favorite were The Foams how about you?  The Dynamite Duo is at it again, and are bringing you the The Nike Air Force 1 Penny Hardaway edition.

The shoe will feature Penny’s classic 1 logo on the back.  They also will be bringing you the Penny Nike Zoom Rookie Hybrid shoe that is a mix of all the Penny flavors he’s worn during his playing tenure.  Penny says expect multiple colorways.  Release date: August 2011.
