JaVale McGee is a 7′ ; 252lb player for the Washington Wizards, with a wingspan that’s ridiculous! McGee, who was selected 18th to the Wiz in 2008; out of the University of Nevada-Reno is a raw offensive talent, who has tremendous athletic ability.
JaVale had an impressive showing in this year’s Slam Dunk contest.
The Denver Nuggets extended their home win streak to 7 games since what’s now known as “The Trade”, as they stopped and frisked the Toronto Raptors at the door of the Pepsi Center, and sent them back to Canada feeling violated. Denver playing good defense of late, stopped Toronto 123-90. [..]
I found this interesting…
After a loss to the Celtics Monday night, in a post interview, Carmelo Anthony stated “We’re going to get it right, there’s no need to panic.” [..]
LAKERS VS. SUNS (139-137 IN 3 OT’S)
Well thank goodness Andrew Bynum comes back on Friday. Maybe with him will return the Lakers’ defense. In a perfect world, you have until the end of the season to fix all the issues with your basketball team and still contend for the playoffs. I am sure everyone realizes this world is far from flawless, so you actually only have until January maybe early February to make sure you have everything organized on your squad ready to battle against the greatest active players in the postseason and the Suns have passed their mark. This season included five things for the team: the introduction of the Great Wall, the emergence of Nick Young as a rising star, Javale McGee helping set the new school standard for dunks, the removal of Gilbert Arenas and the question of who is the clear cut leader for the team. Andrew Tyler Hansbrough aka “Pyscho T” was born on Nov 3, 1985 in Columbia, Missouri. At 6″9; 250 lbs Mister Hansbrough is an intense competitor on the court, who has a motor that won’t quit. Me being a Tar Heel fan and watching this guy work for 4 years, I can tell you this he can play with anybody. [..]
